We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our warehouse team in Roseville, CA. Under general supervision, the Production Worker performs a variety of production and packaging tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires consistent speed, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

• Location: Roseville, CA
• Pay: $17.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
• Assemble, kit, and co-pack products according to specifications
• Complete packaging tasks including box assembly, packing, labeling, and taping
• Ensure all production standards and deadlines are consistently met
• Operate equipment such as ink jet machines, pallet jacks, conveyor belts, and case sealers
• Maintain equipment and use it safely and correctly
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily quotas and production goals
• Follow all written and verbal instructions carefully
• Adhere to all safety procedures and report any concerns immediately
• Participate in all required safety and production training sessions
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous production, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred
• Basic math skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

Certificates / Licenses

• Valid Driver’s License may be required depending on job duties

Physical Requirements

The Production Worker must be able to perform the following for extended periods (with or without assistance):

• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Push carts up to 50 pounds
• Bend, stoop, and move around equipment
• Operate a pallet jack
• Perform repetitive tasks in a standing position

Work Environment

This Production Worker position operates in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with active production equipment and forklifts. Conditions may include:

• Exposure to moderate to high noise levels
• Elevated temperatures and heat
• Occasional fumes, airborne particles, or chemical
