A baby food production facility in Sanger is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior QA experience within a manufacturing or food production environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

• Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Technician
• Location: Sanger, CA
• Pay Rate: $18.50/hour Schedule: 3rd shift, 8:00PM, weekend availability

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with company and food safety standards
• Monitor production lines and report any quality concerns or discrepancies
• Complete required documentation accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with Production and Warehouse teams to maintain product quality
• Follow all GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of Quality Assurance experience required
• Experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and GMP practices
