Sanger, CA | Full-Time | 2nd Shift Available
Exact Staff is hiring for our client! We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join a baby food production facility in Sanger, CA. This position is ideal for individuals with quality assurance experience in food manufacturing or production environments who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with company and food safety standards
- Monitor production lines and identify quality concerns or discrepancies
- Accurately complete quality documentation and production records
- Work closely with Production and Warehouse teams to maintain product quality
- Follow all GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment
- Report quality issues and assist with corrective actions when necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of Quality Assurance experience required
- Food production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of GMPs, food safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Weekend availability required
Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Pay Rate: $18.50–$19.50/HR DOE
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Shift Available: 2nd Shift (Weekend availability required)
