Exact Staff is hiring for our client a QC Technician in Sanger, CA. The QC Technician plays a critical role in supporting the Quality Control team by monitoring production processes, testing raw materials and finished products, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

This QC Technician position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining the safety and quality of organic baby food products. The QC Technician helps ensure all products meet strict quality standards from start to finish.

• Pay: $18.50 – $19.50/hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Location: Sanger, CA 93657

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Accurately document and report findings in QC records
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper supply levels
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QC department
• Communicate quality concerns with production and QA teams

 

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of quality control experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
• Ability to work early morning shifts consistently
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Food production or manufacturing experience preferred
