Exact Staff's client located in Northeast, MD, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their team! The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position will involve primarily sedentary work with minimal physical efforts, focusing on customer interactions, and administrative tasks

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary: $18/hour

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service to all inquiries
• Assisting customers at the counter with inquiries and transactions
• Processing title paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Performing various administrative tasks as assigned
• Collaborating effectively with customers and different teams within the organization
• Maintaining a friendly and outgoing demeanor while representing the company
• Working effectively in a team environment to ensure optimal customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
