Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist with Manufacturing experience.   Handling of job orders, ensuring efficient dissemination of information within the company from process to process.  Understands what a First Article is.  As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, coordinating meetings, and maintaining organized records of parts and orders.  Also, helpful if you have Accounts Payable and Shipping knowledge. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Coordinate meetings and appointments.

Maintain and organize records of parts and orders ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information.

Assist with shipping and Accounts Payable tasks as needed.

Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role in a Manufacturing facility.

Experience in shipping and/or Accounts Payable is preferred.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
