Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to be the first point of contact for our office while providing essential administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multitasking environment, enjoys interacting with people, and has a keen eye for organization and efficiency.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour
    Technology Skills: Must be computer savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
    Language Skills: Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Reception Duties:

✔ Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
✔ Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently
✔ Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
✔ Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area

Administrative Support:

✔ Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
✔ Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
✔ Maintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems
✔ Order and manage office supplies inventory
✔ Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
    Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
    Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    Professional appearance, demeanor, and customer service skills
    Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Valid identification that proves your right to work in the United States
  • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check.
