• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  
  

 

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit & Place Top Talent: Source, screen, and interview job seekers for a variety of roles.
• Drive Business Growth: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and candidates to promote our services and expand our talent pipeline.
• Strengthen Client Relationships: Visit client sites, conduct check-ins, and provide exceptional support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support Onboarding: Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and onboarding documentation to get candidates ready to work.
• Marketing Outreach: Use job boards, social media, and local events to attract new talent and promote our brand.
• Be the Connector: Match great people with great opportunities — and celebrate the wins with your team!

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous recruiting, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Confident communicator with strong people skills — on the phone and in person
• A self-starter who is goal-oriented and thrives on achieving results
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
