Exact Staff is seeking a Recruiting & Sales Leader to expand of our Newark, DE location — combining hands-on recruiting, business development, and leadership in one powerful role.

• Location: Newark, DE 19702
• Pay: $23.00/hour + Unlimited Commissions
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations, sales efforts, and recruiting initiatives
• Motivate, coach, and guide your team to exceed goals and KPIs
• Drive outbound sales calls, set up client meetings, and close new accounts
• Develop long-term client relationships through site visits, service excellence, and partnership-building
• Source, screen, and place candidates across a variety of roles
• Build a deep, local talent pipeline through job boards, social media, and local networking

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in staffing/recruiting is highly preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and lead a branch
• Strong background in outbound sales and client acquisition
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and applicant tracking systems
