Pay Rate: $22.75 – $31.49/HR
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Firebaugh, CA 93622

Position Overview

The Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) will support dental providers in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical environment. This Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare patients and treatment rooms for exams and treatments
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Take and process dental X-rays (radiographs)
Provide patients with oral hygiene instructions and post-operative care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required)
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
