Exact Staff is hiring a Bilingual Researcher / Customer Service Representative to join our Valencia team.

This is an active, people-focused position that combines customer service, recruiting, administrative support, and occasional travel to client locations throughout the Valencia and Palmdale areas.

What You'll Do

• Source and research qualified candidates for open positions
• Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen applicants
• Provide outstanding customer service to applicants, employees, and clients
• Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employment verification
• Travel to client locations in Valencia and Palmdale to check in employees and provide support
• Answer incoming calls and respond to employment inquiries
• Maintain accurate employee records within our staffing system
• Partner with recruiters, clients, and branch staff to ensure positions are filled quickly
• Support daily branch operations and administrative projects

 

Schedule

Monday-Friday

8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Must be flexible, as employee check-ins may occasionally begin as early as 6:00 AM.

 

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
• Previous customer service, recruiting, staffing, administrative, or call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
