Job Description:

Are you experienced in customer service, returns processing, inventory tracking, or warehouse operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented Returns Merchandise & Customer Service Representative to support a growing distribution company. This position combines customer service, returns administration, inventory control, and warehouse coordination in a fast-paced distribution environment.

 

Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE
  • 1st Shift
  • Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
  • Immediate Placement Available

 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both in an office setting and on the warehouse floor while providing exceptional support to customers, distributors, and internal teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Process and track returned merchandise from customers and distributors
  • Inspect returned products for defects, damages, missing parts, and discrepancies
  • Review Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and supporting documentation
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and transportation providers regarding returns, credits, replacements, and product concerns
  • Enter and maintain accurate return records, inventory adjustments, and customer information
  • Investigate product issues and assist in resolving customer concerns
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to receive, inspect, and disposition returned merchandise

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Returns Processing, RMA Administration, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, or Distribution preferred
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Experience working with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
