Exact Staff is hiring for our client. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Parking Lot Repair Sales Representative to join a growing team in Mount Airy, MD. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, making it ideal for sales professionals looking to maximize their earnings and build a rewarding career.

The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales, B2B sales, construction sales, pavement maintenance sales, property services, facility services, or commercial contracting. Responsibilities

  • Generate new commercial business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship building
  • Conduct on-site property inspections to identify parking lot repair and maintenance needs
  • Prepare and present estimates for asphalt repairs, sealcoating, crack filling, striping, concrete repairs, and related services
  • Meet with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and commercial property decision-makers
  • Educate customers on pavement maintenance solutions and project recommendations
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and existing accounts to maximize sales conversions
  • Submit accurate quotes and proposals using company software and established timelines
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Outside Sales, B2B Sales, Commercial Sales, Construction Sales, Facility Services Sales, or Property Services Sales preferred
  • Experience in asphalt, pavement maintenance, parking lot repair, sealcoating, striping, construction, landscaping, or related industries is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
  • Proven ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, mobile technology, and estimating software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Pay: $28.00–$30.00 per hour + Uncapped Commission
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
  • Location: Mount Airy, MD 21771
  • Compensation: Base Pay + Uncapped Commission Structure
