• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site) Compensation: $45,000 + bonuses + car allowance

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will serve as a trusted consultant to employers across Los Angeles County. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, introducing clients to our staffing and workforce solutions, and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, expand, and maintain client accounts within your assigned territory
• Conduct daily in-person visits with prospective and current clients
• Identify qualified prospects and assess their business needs
• Manage client challenges quickly and effectively
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners
• Communicate new services, solutions, and product developments to prospects

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (Staffing industry strongly preferred)
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of staffing and recruiting is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proven experience generating and maintaining a book of business
