Exact Staff is hiring for our client in Warrendale, PA. We are seeking dependable and hardworking Sanitation Associates to support sanitation and cleaning operations within a food production environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with janitorial, custodial, sanitation, or industrial cleaning experience who are comfortable working with cleaning chemicals, PPE, and industrial sanitation equipment. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Clean and sanitize food processing equipment according to company procedures and safety standards
• Perform custodial and sanitation duties throughout the production facility
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, workstations, and common areas
• Complete dishwashing and sanitation assignments as needed
• Sweep, squeegee, and maintain facility grounds and surrounding work areas
• Support the organization and upkeep of production spaces
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and industrial sanitation equipment
• Follow all PPE requirements and workplace safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–3 years of sanitation, janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Experience handling cleaning chemicals and using PPE required
• Ability to safely operate industrial cleaning equipment
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a food production facility

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
