Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to support both high-volume and specialized hiring in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across skilled trades, engineering, and operational positions. The company manufactures autoclaves and ovens for the aerospace, composites, nuclear, vulcanizing, and glass industries, making it essential to attract top talent with the right technical and operational skills.
- Location: Valencia, CA
- Rate: $25–$30/hour (Depending on Experience)
- Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, including:
- Skilled trades: Machine Operators, Welders, Facilities Maintenance
- Engineering: Controls, Mechanical, Field Engineers
- Operations: Buyers, Shipping & Receiving, Safety, Production Trainer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
- Support recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals and production timelines
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing, skilled trades, or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of trade roles and required skill sets
- Experience with high-volume recruiting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with ATS systems and platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
