Exact Staff is hiring a dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Ventura, CA. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work and is looking for steady hours with the potential for long-term employment. Starting pay is $17.00/hour, with an opportunity for a raise after a successful 30-day performance review.

This position is ideal for individuals with shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Accurately prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders
• Load and unload materials manually or using warehouse equipment
• Complete and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Work efficiently and collaboratively as part of the warehouse team

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
• Bilingual required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $17.00/hour, with opportunity for a raise after a successful 30-day review
• Schedule: Full-Time
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Location: Ventura, CA 93003
