Exact Staff is hiring for our client! We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving / Inventory Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This position requires familiarity with computer programs, shipping and receiving procedures, inventory management, and RF scanners. Forklift operation will be a small part of the role, with the primary focus on accurately processing shipments, picking inventory, and moving product throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including small packages and LTL truckloads.
• Use computer programs to enter, update, and track shipping, receiving, and inventory information.
• Operate RF scanners to pick inventory, locate products, and move materials as needed.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Assist with organizing, tracking, and maintaining inventory.
• Operate a forklift occasionally to move product and support warehouse operations.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse-related software programs.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory picking and product movement.
• Familiarity with small package shipping and LTL truckload shipments.
• Forklift experience preferred, but it is not the primary responsibility of the position.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday and meet the physical demands of a warehouse environment.

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
  Schedule: Monday–Friday
