We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Lead to support daily warehouse operations at a fast-growing electronic recycling facility in Holliston, MA. This role works closely with the Jr. Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to ensure smooth logistics, team coordination, and operational efficiency.

 

About the Role

As the Shipping & Receiving Lead, you will play a key hands-on role in warehouse operations. You’ll assist with coordinating shipments, supporting team members, and maintaining organized and efficient workflows while helping uphold safety and productivity standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness
• Support inventory control and maintain organized stock systems
• Help guide and support warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of electronic materials
• Assist with shipping/receiving documentation and reporting
• Step in to support supervisor with daily operations and workflow coordination
• Promote a safe and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, or lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

 

Hiring Requirements

• Valid identification proving authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check (if required)
