Lincoln, CA | Full-Time | First Shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Exact Staff is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our client in Lincoln, CA. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented associate to support warehouse operations, including preparing outbound shipments, receiving incoming stock, operating forklifts, and managing warehouse inventory. This is a steady, full-time opportunity with weekly pay in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Transfer materials from Receiving and Production Departments/staging areas to proper storage within the warehouse racking system
• Manually load or unload freight cars, trucks, or other transporting devices
• Unpack, shelve, or place items/materials in proper storage locations using a hand truck or cart
• Sort and stack materials to be palletized for movement
• Review orders and pull products from the warehouse racking system to support order requirements
• Consolidate products and bins within the warehouse to maintain organization and efficiency
• Review production requirements, obtain materials from the warehouse, and transfer them to the production floor
• Load and unload freight from trucks, storage containers, or vehicles
• Obtain and affix labels, and move finished goods to the appropriate department or location
• Inspect materials and products for proper, secure packaging and maintain condition in bin locations
• Restack products or remove excess packaging material as needed
• Remove trash and cardboard from the facility per procedure
• Maintain records of shipped and received goods, including manifests and bills of lading, using computer software and applications
• Rearrange and take inventory of store materials
• Transport and deliver supplies and equipment to the worksite
• Process real-time systematic transactions for moving materials using RF scan guns
• Respond to material shortage requests for missing or damaged material from Production

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift operation experience preferred; certification a plus
• Comfortable using RF scan guns and warehouse management software
• Ability to lift and move materials, and operate a hand truck or cart
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour, DOE
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Shifts Available: First Shift, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: Lincoln, CA
