Exact Staff is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Shop Worker to join our client's team in Camarillo, CA. This is a full-time, first shift opportunity offering steady work, weekly pay, and the potential to grow into a long-term role. This position is ideal for individuals with prior manufacturing or production experience who bring a strong work ethic, careful attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform a variety of hands-on tasks in a manufacturing or shop environment
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Pass a math conversion test (including basic measurement and unit conversions)
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately and efficiently
• Use basic hand and power tools as needed
• Assist with assembly, fabrication, or material handling depending on department needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate clearly with team leads and supervisors to ensure quality and workflow

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
• Ability to lift, stand, walk, or bend throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn and contribute to team success

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour, with a possible raise after 30 days based on performance
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shifts Available: First Shift, Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Location: Camarillo, CA
