We are seeking an experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operator to support warehouse and distribution operations within a fast-paced industrial facility. This position is responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, productivity, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Sit-Down Forklift safely and efficiently throughout the facility

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and warehouse inventory

• Move, stack, store, and organize products within designated warehouse locations

• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues promptly

• Verify inventory and assist with shipping and receiving activities

• Maintain accurate records related to inventory movement and shipping documents

• Follow all OSHA, company, and warehouse safety procedures

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production and inventory needs

• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a Sit-Down Forklift required

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments preferred

• Ability to safely load, unload, move, and stack materials

• Knowledge of forklift safety procedures and warehouse best practices

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical duties throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

• Basic math, reading, and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Forklift certification is preferred or must be obtained and maintained in accordance with OSHA standards

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

• Full-Time Position
