Exact Staff is hiring for our client! We are seeking a motivated and organized Staffing Coordinator to support a warehouse operation in the Houston area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.

The Staffing Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting and workforce management, helping ensure our client has a reliable and engaged workforce. This position offers a consistent 30-hour workweek, with the opportunity to transition into a 40-hour full-time schedule as business needs grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Recruit qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
• Manage employee rosters and scheduling
• Process and maintain accurate employee timekeeping records
• Communicate regularly with employees regarding attendance, scheduling, and assignments
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Partner with the client to meet changing staffing needs and priorities
• Travel to the client warehouse 2–3 times per week (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Provide exceptional customer service to both employees and the client

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel locally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Flexible schedule to accommodate changing client needs when necessary

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $22.00–$23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Part-Time (30 hours per week), Monday–Friday
• Opportunity to transition to a 40-hour full-time schedule based on business needs
• Some schedule flexibility required to support client priorities
• Location: Houston, TX 77064 (Travel to client warehouse 2–3 times per week; mileage reimbursement provided)
