Exact Staff is seeking for dependable and knowledgeable Stand-Up Forklift Operators to support daily operations within a fast-paced fulfillment center. This role requires a responsible candidate, who can safely operate warehouse equipment to move, stock, load and unload to organize inventory while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards. The adequate employee can meet high demand volume goals, work in fast paced environments, and great attention to detail.

• Full Time, Temp to Hire 
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM
• Pay Rate: $22-$24/HR (DOE) 
• Location: Valencia, CA

Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up forklifts and reach truck equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, stack, and organize products and materials throughout the fulfillment center
• Pick and replenish inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and product locations
• Inspect forklift equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous stand-up forklift experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Forklift certification preferred
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center environment preferred
• Ability to operate RF scanners and basic warehouse technology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced fulfillment center or warehouse setting
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility conditions
• Overtime may be required during peak production periods
