We are in search of Stockroom Clerks to join our client, located in Chatsworth. The client is one of the top aerospace manufacturers in the United States, specializing in hydraulic technology, pressure valves, and switches that get installed in both commercial and military aircraft.

This is a key position aiding the manufacturing team. You are responsible for moving the parts around in the stockroom, giving toolboxes to the manufacturing team, and helping to pull parts for kits coming off the trucks.

You will also:

·         Perform routine maintenance, which you will be trained for.

·         Pulling parts in the yard on a pallet jack

·         Transferring stock inside the facility when needed

·         Making sure the stockroom is clean and safe to work in

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. First shift, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. You may be asked to work OT on occasion. Overtime mainly happens on Saturday, from 7 am to 2 pm.

This is what we are looking for:

• Preferably, you have previous experience working in a stockroom or something similar.
• You are open to working in a Manufacturing work environment. This will be different than a warehouse, as the standards are going to be higher than normal.
• You can work independently, without much supervision.
• You can keep up with the pace of the orders coming in.
• You can lift up to 40 lbs.
• Preferably, you are familiar with common inventory software
• Previous forklift experience will be a huge advantage for you.
• You know how to utilize a pallet jack
• You can work the hours provided.
• You are punctual and able to get to the location on time.
