We are looking for a motivated, Bilingual Spanish / English  people-oriented Talent Cordintator to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on helping others find great job opportunities, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service to both clients and associates.

• Location: Calabasas CA 91302
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates for various job openings
• Manage and fill daily job orders with accuracy and speed
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and associates
• Handle a high volume of phone calls and candidate interactions
• Ensure great service and follow-up with clients and job seekers
• Maintain compliance and accurate records in our staffing systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior recruiting, customer service, or staffing experience preferred (we will train the right person)
• Excellent phone, communication, and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Bilingual Spanish / English is a plus
