Join a food manufacturing production team where your attention to detail and accuracy play a key role in ensuring finished goods are properly labeled, recorded, and compliant with company and food safety standards.

Schedule: 1st Shift | 8-Hour Shifts Pay Rate: $17.00/HR

Responsibilities:

• Operate stretch wrapping and labeling equipment (e.g., Markem machines) to wrap and label finished product pallets accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all labels are correct, legible, and meet company and regulatory standards
• Scan finished goods into the inventory system and verify accuracy between physical product and system records
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to reconcile production totals at the end of each shift
• Identify and help resolve discrepancies such as underruns or overruns
• Notify QA team of product changeovers and assist with proper documentation
• Record production data including downtime and equipment issues
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure availability of packaging materials
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and perform sanitation of labeling and wrapping equipment in accordance with SOPs
• Follow all food safety, quality, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment a plus
• Familiarity with labeling equipment and inventory systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and scanning system skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
