Sanger, CA | Full-Time | 2nd & 3rd Shift Available

Exact Staff is hiring for our client! We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Ticket Writer to support production operations in a food manufacturing facility in Sanger, CA. This position plays a vital role in ensuring finished goods are accurately labeled, scanned, documented, and prepared for inventory while maintaining food safety and quality standards. What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate stretch wrapping and labeling equipment (including Markem labeling machines)
• Accurately label, wrap, and prepare finished product pallets for shipment
• Scan finished goods into the inventory system and verify inventory accuracy
• Reconcile production totals with warehouse and production teams at the end of each shift
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, underruns, and overruns
• Notify the Quality Assurance team of product changeovers and assist with required documentation
• Record production data, downtime, and equipment issues
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure packaging materials are available
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while performing routine sanitation of labeling equipment
• Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations preferred
• Experience with labeling equipment and inventory systems is a plus
• Basic computer and barcode scanning skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $17.00/HR
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd Shift (8-hour shifts)
