Our company is excited to announce a new partnership with a client in Fresno, and we are seeking multiple reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join their team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, utilizing RF Scanners, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Associate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

 

Job Status: Seasonal

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

Responsibilities:

·         Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders based on provided specifications.

·         Unload, inspect, and record incoming shipments; report any discrepancies or damages.

·         Organize and maintain inventory in an efficient and orderly manner.

·         Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and containers.

·         Ensure all products meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.

·         Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions.

·         Keep the warehouse clean and always follow safety protocols.

·         Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals.

·         Flexibility to perform various warehouse tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.

·         Ability to lift and carry heavy items.

·         Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

·         Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·         Team player with good communication skills.

·         Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.

·         MUST be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

 

Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50lbs.

·         Extended periods of standing, walking, and repetitive motion.

 

Work Environment:

·         Fast-paced warehouse setting.

·         Exposure to varying temperatures.
