What You'll Be Doing:

• Support warehouse, production, packaging, or material handling operations depending on assigned position
• Follow safety rules and procedures
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Perform required physical job duties
• Operate a forklift where applicable, if certified

Qualifications:

• Reliable and dependable with good attendance and punctuality
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or forklift experience a plus
• Ability to work the assigned shift
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform required physical job duties
• Forklift experience/certification required for applicable positions

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $18.00–$21.00/hour, depending on position
• Schedule: Temporary / Temp-to-Hire; overtime may be required based on business needs
• Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift/Days: 8-hour and 12-hour day shifts may be available (approx. 7:00 AM–7:30 PM depending on position)
  • 2nd Shift/Afternoons: 8-hour shifts
  • 3rd Shift/Nights: 8-hour overnight shifts
• Location: Argos, IN 46501 (serving Argos, Plymouth, Rochester, Culver, Bourbon, Bremen, and surrounding areas)
