Our client is a leading company specializing in high-quality lighting solutions often found in theaters and opera houses. We are seeking precise and detail-orientedAssemblers to join our client’s operation, located in the city of Carpinteria, CA.

 

HOURS

This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 2:30 pm. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with a possibility of growth.

JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for assembling the lighting fixtures and ensuring on-time delivery of components that meet their customers’ high standards.

You will also:

·         Perform electrical tests on the products

·         Follow and adhere to the instructions, engineering drawings, and the Bills of Materials

·         Operate the machinery, which includes setting up, material tending, operation, and disposing of waste

·         Maintain the productivity standards in the workshop, and keep the orders updated

·         Perform other duties as assigned by the Assembly Lead and Supervisor.

 

This is what we will be looking for in your candidacy:

·         You have at least 1 year of previous assembly experience.

·         You have basic math skills

·         You know how to follow both verbal and written instructions

·         You are familiar with hand tools (hammers, drills, etc.)

·         You are punctual and can arrive on time at the location.
