Exact Staff is now hiring Warehouse Sortation Associates for an upcoming peak season at a new, clean, and secure gated Sortation Center in Dallas, TX. What You'll Do

• Load and unload packages from trucks and containers
• Sort pre-bagged and boxed online orders
• Rotate between warehouse functions to keep operations running efficiently
• Prepare shipments for timely customer delivery
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexible schedule, as workdays and hours may change based on business needs
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay & Benefits

Additional Information

• Mandatory overtime is required during peak season and peak weeks.
