Exact Staff is hiring Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and Material Handlers for a busy distribution operation in Perryville, MD. We're looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and performing physical duties throughout their shift. This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, distribution, logistics, or forklift experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Receive and ship inbound and outbound freight while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Replenish merchandise to self-serve areas and the sales floor
• Select and prepare customer orders quickly, accurately, and safely
• Operate forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and other powered mobile equipment
• Move, stage, organize, and store merchandise throughout the warehouse
• Use handheld technology and inventory systems to locate and manage products
• Inspect and handle merchandise carefully to prevent damage
• Operate a cardboard baler and follow all required safety procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow established warehouse processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
• Perform additional warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or similar experience preferred
• Forklift or powered material-handling experience preferred
• Must be certified or able to obtain certification on at least one type of powered mobile equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
• Ability to work safely around powered equipment and warehouse machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $15.50/hour, with overtime available
• Location: Perryville, MD 21903
• Multiple openings available
• 1st Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
