We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team! If you are forklift certified (stand-up reach, cherry picker, sit-down/EPJ), have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role might be for you.

Location: Ontario, CA
Pay Rate: $21–$23 per hour

 

Requirements:

• Forklift certification required (stand-up reach, cherry picker, possibly sit-down/EPJ).
• English speaking; bilingual is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of warehouse, customer service, or office experience preferred.
• Clean and valid driver’s license required.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); Excel knowledge is a plus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales shipments using Warehouse Management Systems (SAP), including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage warehouse inventory levels, report issues, and track shipments.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Calibrate manual wrenches and tensioning equipment, documenting results in Resolv and Hy-Cal systems.
• Serve as backup for rental/demo processes and assist with outbound/inbound shipment handling.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or email, greet in-house equipment pick-up visitors, and assist with equipment questions.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Support the Branch Manager in upholding company practices and procedures.

 

Physical Demands:

• Regular lifting of 25–75 lbs.
• Prolonged standing (up to 8 hours) with frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
