Exact Staff is hiring for our client’s Sortation Center in Houston, TX. This is a newer, clean, and well-maintained gated facility with a fast-paced team environment. This temporary position offers the opportunity to transition into a long-term role for dependable and motivated candidates.

Available Shifts/Pay:

Night Shift: (Overnight Shift)

• 9:30 PM – 4:30 AM
• Sunday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Saturday
• Pay Rate: $19.25/hour

You will play a key role in ensuring online orders are sorted and prepared for fast delivery. Items arrive already packaged and must be efficiently sorted, staged, and routed for shipment.

Responsibilities / Qualifications:

• Load, unload, and sort packages in a warehouse environment
• Organize and route boxed and bagged items for delivery
• Perform tasks across multiple stages of the sortation process
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting
• Be flexible with schedule changes based on business needs
• Must be reliable and able to work varying hours, including overtime during peak periods
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
