Warehouse Associate (Picker, Sorter & Packer) – Commerce, CA 90040

Exact Staff is immediately hiring Warehouse Associates for seasonal opportunities in Commerce, CA, with the potential for long-term placement based on attendance and performance.

Pay Rate: $16.90/hour

Job Responsibilities:
• Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Sort and organize merchandise accurately and efficiently
• Scan products and enter information using basic computer systems
• Pack, box, seal, and prepare orders for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
• Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs as needed
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Available Shifts:
• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Night Shifts:

• 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Must have  • Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a warehouse environment throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Warehouse experience is a plus but not required
• Basic computer skills preferred for scanning and packing duties
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
