We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate

Location: Valencia, CA | Pay: $18/hr | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00am-8:30pm  

Job Duties: 

• Perform all warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory organization.
• Operate manual tools and equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and ergonomic practices.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned by the Operations Assistant Manager.

Job Requirements: 

• Previous warehouse experience required (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift, move, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs or more safely throughout the warehouse.
• Must be light on your feet, able to move quickly and safely through the facility.
• Comfortable using manual tools and warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners, etc.).
• Always follows proper lifting techniques and ergonomic practices.
• Must be a team player who takes direction well, works hard, and maintains a positive attitude.
• Punctual, dependable, respectful, and committed to good attendance.
• This position will report to Operations Assistant Manager.
