Location: Newark, DE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Lumper Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks efficiently
• Break down pallets and restack items as needed
• Sort and organize freight in the warehouse
• Work quickly to move shipments to designated areas
• Follow all safety guidelines for material handling

Shipper Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Label and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Utilize warehouse management systems and shipping software
• Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage in transit
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

Requirements for Both Roles:

• Prior experience as a lumper or shipper in a warehouse setting
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials consistently
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
