Exact Staff is hiring reliable and hardworking individuals for our client in New Castle, DE. This position involves loading, unloading, and moving furniture in a fast-paced warehouse environment. It is a physically demanding job that requires strength, stamina, and teamwork.

• Location: New Castle, DE
• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, 4 days per week
  

         

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload furniture from trailers safely and efficiently.
• Repeatedly lift and move items up to 50 lbs, and tilt/maneuver items up to 300 lbs with assistance or equipment.
• Use pallet jacks, dollies, and hand tools to move and stage furniture.
• Inspect and label items, ensuring they are properly prepared for transport or storage.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.

Requirements:

• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and stand/walk for the entire shift.
• Steel-toe shoes are required.
• Prior warehouse or moving experience a plus, but not required.

Uniform:

• Steel-toe shoes (required).
• Breathable work pants and t-shirt.
