Exact Staff is hiring for our client. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to support conveyor belt fabrication and material handling operations. This role involves measuring, cutting, and preparing conveyor belts to meet specific work order and customer requirements in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Measure conveyor belts based on work orders, blueprints, or specifications
• Cut conveyor belt materials using hand tools or power equipment
• Inspect materials for defects prior to processing
• Label, size, and prepare finished products accurately
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials
• Communicate with supervisors regarding order status and material needs
• Follow all quality control procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, rulers, and calipers
• Ability to read and follow basic work instructions or drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic math skills, including fractions and measurements

Preferred:

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
