Our client is currently looking for 4 warehouse leads, located in the city of Valencia, CA. 

They are seeking motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and managing a team of warehouse workers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory, maintaining a high level of productivity, and promoting a safe working environment.

You will also: 

·         Supervise and lead a team of warehouse workers, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.

·         Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing, inventory control, and shipping, to ensure smooth flow of materials and timely order fulfillment.

·         Oversee inventory management, including conducting regular audits, implementing inventory control procedures, and addressing any discrepancies.

·         Optimize warehouse organization and layout to maximize efficiency and productivity, utilizing best practices for storage, equipment utilization, and workflow.

·         Identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.

·         Ensure quality control by monitoring and maintaining standards for incoming and outgoing shipments, addressing any quality issues or customer complaints.

·         Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring all warehouse equipment is functioning properly and safely.

·         Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse-related data using warehouse management systems or other software tools.

·         Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections, and promoting a safe working environment.

·         Collaborate with other departments and provide regular reports to management on warehouse activities, including productivity, efficiency, and any issues or concerns. 

This is what we will be looking for in your candidacy: 

·         High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.

·         Proven experience as a Warehouse Lead or similar supervisory role in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center.

·         Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.

·         Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other software tools for data management.

·         Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

·         Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

·         Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

·         Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
