Our customer, a seed production warehouse in Lebanon, OR, is looking for hardworking Warehouse Packaging workers to ensure the production flow of the facility is running efficiently.

• Position: Packaging Worker
• Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour
• Day Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Mon – Fri
• Swing Shift: 3:30pm to Midnight, Mon - Fri

 

**THIS IS A VERY PHYSICALLY DEMANDING POSITION. YOU WILL BE HANDLING 50 LB BAGS REPEATEDLY, YOUR ENTIRE SHIFT, IN A FAST PACED PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT**

 

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Pick outbound shipment orders, load and unload shipments, keep finished goods in their correct areas. Must keep sections, racks, and overflow organized
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation and report quality defects
• Keep a safe and clean workspace

 

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or forklift experience is a plus
• Must be able to physically lift 50 lbs continuously throughout your entire shift. You will be on your feet all day in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to follow all quality, safety, and company policies and procedures as well as perform in a fast-paced environment, where daily quotas MUST be met
• Steel Toe Boots are required
• Ability to read, write, and complete documentations in English, as needed
