Job Description:
Exact Staff is hiring for our client. We are seeking dependable Warehouse & Production Associates to support daily warehouse operations, production activities, and facility organization. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in maintaining a safe work environment, and are looking for long-term employment opportunities.
Pay, Schedule, and Location
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Elkton, MD 21921
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general production and warehouse operations
- Move, organize, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Support production teams and machine operators as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and production areas
- Perform basic housekeeping and facility maintenance duties
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Assist with inventory handling, staging, and material movement
- Complete additional duties assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
