• Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 annually (Depending on Experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Lead with precision in a fast-paced warehouse supporting the electrical industry!

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a strong background in electrical parts and components. This is a key leadership role overseeing warehouse operations while supporting the field service and electrical teams. If you’re a hands-on supervisor with a sharp eye for safety, efficiency, and team development, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate receiving, storage, packing, and order fulfillment

• Enforce safety protocols, 5S standards, and ensure a clean, organized work environment

• Assign and optimize workflows for staff, tools, and machinery

• Train and mentor warehouse employees, including onboarding of new and temp staff

• Monitor logistics KPIs, including cost, performance, and productivity

• Oversee staffing schedules, delegate tasks, and conduct performance evaluations

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with electrical parts and components

• Prior experience as an Electrician Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the electrical field

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution operations

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
