We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Valencia, CA | Pay: $25-$30/hr | Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm  

 We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory flow from receipt to shipment. This role manages storage organization, coordinates carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local trucking), and performs general warehouse maintenance. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Job Duties: 

• Supervise and participate in all warehouse functions including receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries with the office manager for USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local trucking companies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation and labeling.
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures and warehouse cleanliness.
• Perform and oversee warehouse maintenance tasks such as:
• Charging batteries for order pickers and other equipment
• Cleaning and organizing the shipping and storage areas
• Moving, stacking, and rearranging inventory as needed
• Train and guide warehouse staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
• Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues promptly.
• Work closely with management to improve warehouse processes and productivity.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements: 

• Previous warehouse or logistics supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping procedures.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer programs.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
