Job Description:

Simi Valley, CA | Full-Time | 1st Shift

Exact Staff is hiring for our client. We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support a major manufacturer and distributor of home décor products in Simi Valley, CA.

This position involves loading and unloading trucks, moving large products throughout the warehouse, and assisting with showroom setup preparation for incoming clients and product displays.

Candidates must be comfortable performing physical warehouse work and lifting heavy materials throughout the shift.

Responsibilities / Qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing:

Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks
Move inventory and large products throughout the warehouse
Assist with showroom setup and product organization
Support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow warehouse safety procedures at all times
Work efficiently to complete daily assignments

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Ability to work flexible hours when truck schedules change
Reliable transportation to the Simi Valley area

Pay, Schedule, and Location

Location: Simi Valley, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
