Warehouse Working Lead
Location: Houston, TX 77064
Pay Rate: $18.75 – $21.25/hour
Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday | 8:45 PM – 5:00 AM
(Some Saturdays and overtime required based on workload)

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will help support daily warehouse operations while assisting with team oversight, attendance tracking, productivity, and communication between the client and Exact Staff management.

Responsibilities:
• Support and oversee warehouse associates during daily operations
• Serve as a key point of contact between on-site staff, recruiters, and the client
• Monitor attendance and maintain accurate employee records
• Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and staging packages
• Help ensure online orders are processed accurately and efficiently for delivery
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Support team performance and help meet operational goals

Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
• Must be open to schedule changes, overtime, and mandatory peak season hours as needed
