  • Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Complete batch records, lot documentation, and production forms accurately
  • Clean workstations, equipment, and components using approved cleaning agents
  • Report product defects, equipment issues, or process concerns to the supervisor
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support production schedules

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Manufacturing assembly experience preferred; clean room experience not required
  • Strong fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, with the ability to work accurately with small components
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and blueprints
  • Ability to work in an ISO-regulated clean room while wearing required PPE
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability and willingness to work the assigned shift hours
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety, and meeting production goals
  • Interest in a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

  • Pay Rate: $21.00–$22.00/hour
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Shifts Available:
    • 1st Shift: 4:00 AM–12:30 PM, 4:30 AM–1:00 PM, or 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
