Exact Staff is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Industrial Sewer to join a manufacturing production team. The ideal candidate has experience operating industrial sewing machines, working with various fabrics and materials, and producing high-quality finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a steady, full-time opportunity with weekly pay.

This position is ideal for individuals with industrial sewing or manufacturing sewing experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, assemble, and finish products according to specifications
• Measure, cut, align, and stitch fabrics and materials accurately
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
• Follow production instructions, patterns, and quality standards
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily goals
• Perform basic sewing machine maintenance, including threading and changing needles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial sewing or manufacturing sewing experience preferred
• Ability to operate industrial sewing machines
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working in a production environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Good manual dexterity, including repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to handle and maneuver fabrics and production materials

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• Shifts Available: First Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
