Exact Staff is hiring for our client! We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator with cycle counting experience to support warehouse operations in a baby food production facility in Sanger, CA. This position is ideal for individuals who have experience operating forklifts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment while following strict safety and quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck) to move raw materials and finished goods
• Load, unload, and stage products throughout the warehouse
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper lot tracking and FIFO product rotation
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
• Follow all GMP, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse
• Work closely with production, quality assurance, and warehouse teams

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of previous forklift operating experience required
• Cycle counting and inventory control experience required
• Food production or regulated manufacturing experience preferred
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Basic math, counting, and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Weekend availability required

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $18.00/HR
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shifts Available: 8-hour shifts (Weekend availability required)
